U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the United States, applicable after any discounts and excluding taxes and gift cards. For orders that don't meet this threshold, the shipping costs are calculated based on the package's weight and your delivery location.

At Pink Terra, our commitment to a seamless shopping experience means we dispatch orders every day of the week — your purchases move even on holidays.

After your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details enclosed. Keep in mind that it could take between 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect the latest updates. Typically, our standard shipping option will have your items at your doorstep within 2-5 business days from when they leave our facility.

We automatically calculate and add the applicable sales tax for domestic orders based on the shipping address, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

We aim to offer outstanding service, but it's important to note that Pink Terra is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, returned, or subjected to postal delays.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items damaged during transit or defective upon arrival, PINK TERRA offers replacements (if available) or refunds within 14 days of the delivery date. However, it's essential to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damages, please retain all packaging and immediately contact us at info@pinkterra.com. It's important to note that adverse reactions or allergies do not classify a product as damaged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return or exchange process, please reach out to us at info@pinkterra.com. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. If we accept your return, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send back your package. Please be advised that we won't accept items sent back to us without a prior return request. 

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products, sale items, or gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at management's discretion, especially if the item doesn't meet our return policy criteria.

REFUNDS

After we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If it's approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Kindly be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any initial shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return. If we can't use the original payment method for the refund, we might provide store credit at our discretion. Kindly note that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund.
